Barn Amenities

  • One~12x12 matted stall w/24x24 paddock. Two~12x24 matted stalls w/24x24 paddocks.

  • Five~12x12 matted box stalls. Six~12x12 matted stalls w/15x30 paddocks-small barn.

  • Covered arena in large barn. Sand/Rubber mix. 60x200 with 60x120 covered.

  • Arena lights for night time riding with plenty of lights in both barns & all stalls.

  • Grass stadium course set up Spring ~ Fall. Jumps for inside use in winter.

  • 66x198 all weather sand full size dressage court. Letters out year round.

  • 5 acres of x-c jumps with plenty of room for galloping. More to come.

  • 60' sand/rubber round pen. Arenas watered & groomed regularly.

  • Nine large 24/7 individual pasture turn outs, weather permitting.

  • Heated tack room. Rubber matted wash rack with hot/cold water.

  • Choice of one of three LMF products given with morning feeding.

  • LMF Supper Supplement, LMF Senior, or LMF Low carb stage one.

  • Top quality grass hay 2 to 3 times a day. Stalls cleaned daily.

  • Board rate is $350.00 a month, due the first of each month.

  • Owner is hands on, also competes in Dressage & Eventing.

  • Haul-ins welcome for lessons $10.00 each horse.

  • Plenty of T.L.C. given to each and every horse.

  • Dressage & Jumping Trainers available.
